You can enjoy these destinations with your BFF as well.

St. Lucia is a an island in the Carribean that is full of romance and adventure for newlywed couples.

Take a tour of the two dormant volcanoes known as the Pitons…

Or visit the super romantic Diamond Falls and take a mineral bath with your love.

There’s an endless amount of sights and activities waiting for you in St. Lucia.

We recommend checking out Waianapanapa State Park and Maui’s famous black sand beach. You should also take a trip through the Road to Hana.


20) Cinque Terre, Italy

Similar to the Amalfi Coast…

The Cinque Terre doesn’t get the respect it deserves as a top honeymoon destination.

The Cinque Terre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and national park. The area consists of five picture perfect towns that lie on the cliffs by the Ligerian Sea.

These are the five towns in the Cinque Terre you’ll want to visit:

  • Manarola
  • Monterosso
  • Corniglia
  • Vernazza
  • Riomaggiore

Our personal favorite is Manarola ( pictured above ). But you can hike to see the rest of the towns no matter which town you choose.

There is a trail with gorgeous views that connects all five towns together. And if you’re not up for hiking, there is a train that can take you to all five towns as well!


19) Corfu, Greece

Corfu is an island located off the northwest coast of Greece. And it’s magical place to go during your honeymoon…

Or at any point during your life!

You’ve got crystal clear water everywhere…

White sand beaches…

Even pink sand beaches!

It might not feel as secluded as other places on this list…

But it does give you a feeling that you’re in your own special world and disconnected from everything.


18) US Virgin Islands

And a great place to relax in a tropical environment without leaving the country!

The Florida Keys are probably the best spot in the United States for the following activities:

  • Snorkeling
  • Diving
  • Sport fishing

If you have an extra day or two to spare…

You can always fly in to the Orlando Airport ( it’s about a four and a half hour drive from Orlando to the start of the Keys )…

And stay near Disney World for the night.

Now that’s a magical way to start a honeymoon!


9) Little Cayman, Cayman Islands

As its name suggests, Little Cayman is the smallest of the Cayman Islands. But the size doesn’t determine quality!

As one of the best honeymoon destinations…

Little Cayman offers complete seclusion and peacefulness.

Most of the island remains uninhabited and still holds on to all of its natural beauty.

So you and your significant other will feel like you have all of the gorgeous beaches and scenery to yourself!

The reason we think it’s so cool is because the peninsula formed from years of volcanic activity and weather.

I know, it sounds nerdy…

The peninsula has glam honeymoon written all over it.

Here you’ll find:

4) Palawan, Phillipines

You’ll be able to spot shipwrecks and coral reefs in the crystal clear water.

3) Vieques, Puerto Rico
